Matcha Smoothie Recipe
Makes 4 servings
- ½ C red or green grapes, washed
- 1 C fresh spinach, washed
- ½ banana, peeled
- ½ apple, halved
- ¼ C Greek style yogurt
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1 C ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend on high for 60 seconds or until desired consistency.
